When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. We dispatch our travel gear primarily from our Dhaka center.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and documentation. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon inspection of the returned item.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleverGuide Travel Gear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific travel gear in question.
